  • 1. Grand Rewards Club membership is free.
  • 2. Must be at least 21 years of age to join the rewards program and members must provide valid proof of age.
  • 3. Valid unexpired photo identification is required for all rewards transactions including but not limited to signing up for membership, point and comp redemptions.
  • 4. Members agree that valid photo ID will be scanned and remain on file or program rewards and benefits may be denied.
  • 5. Members are responsible for selecting a confidentialPersonal Identification Number (PIN) for his/her account and for keeping the PIN secure. Members are responsible for all transactions on his/her account when the confidential PIN is used.
  • 6. By joining the rewards program, member has given their expressed consent to receive traditional or digital communication from Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino and its subsidiaries unless they indicate otherwise.
  • 7. Points, awards and credit balances are non-transferable, including upon death or divorce.
  • 8. Points remain valid as long as at least one (1) point is earned every twelve months, otherwise entire point balance will expire.
  • 9. Members may earn points and/or comp rewards based slot and table play. It is the players responsibility to ensure their Grand Rewards Card is inserted into the machine card reader properly. The player must also present their Grand Rewards Card to a table game employee prior to start of live table play. Members earn 1 point for every $1 Coin-In on Reels and Video Reels and 1 point for every $2 Coin-In on Video Poker games.   • 10. Members earn Grand Tier Points while playing at any slot machine, video poker machine or table game. Members earn Grand Tier Points at a faster rate on reels and video reels. Any misuses or improper play as determined by Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino will result in forfeiture of all rewards program privileges.
  • 11. Any rule, promotion, coupon or procedure relating to the rewards program may be changed, modified or canceled by Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino and its casino operations at any time at its sole discretion.
  • 12. Management reserves all rights to change, alter, or restrict point earnings on specific slot machines and games.
  • 13. Members are responsible for any applicable taxes. Winners are responsible for providing Social Security number when requested in order to comply with IRS 1099 reporting requirements.
  • 14. Members agree to allow the use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, where permitted.
  • 15. Employees as well as family and household members of Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino may not participate in any Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino Promotions unless otherwise stated in official rules.
